BEAUTY THERAPY
Training is delivered through VTCT qualifications, NVQ Level 2 & Level 3 Beauty Therapy and Makeup courses. Interviews are now open for courses starting in September 2021.
PERFORMING ARTS
Full time professional Performing Arts training. Auditions are open for places in September 2021. ISTD DDE courses also available.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Level 3 PT courses – authentic physical training and facilities. Interviews are now open for courses starting in September 2021.

BEAUTY AND MAKEUP LEARNERS
Our beauty therapy and makeup learners are approaching their final term. We are so proud of what has been achieved during the pandemic. Their dedication and focus has helped them achieve their qualification and progress on to a successful career future.
Level 3 beauty learners have been busy applying for jobs and setting their own businesses up.
Last month, Grace started her new job at Hempstead House Hotel & Spa offering luxury treatments to spa day guests and hotel guests. Carley has begun her career at Champneys, Eastwell Manor, a luxury country Hotel & Spa and Latisha has taken a Spa Therapist role at our Reynolds Retreat.
Level 2 beauty learners are also setting businesses up and offering treatments. We look forward to seeing our Level 2 learners progress on to Level 3 and our Level 3 learners return for Level 4.
SIXTH FORM GYM INSTRUCTING & PERSONAL TRAINING
We will be offering a full time, two year, sixth form college course in Gym Instructing and Personal Training this September. Year 1 focuses on the BTEC Diploma in Sports Industry Skills. This qualification provides technical, practical, transferable work-related skills, and sector-specific knowledge. Year 2 will focus on Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training. It includes the option to complete additional professional Career Development certificated short courses. There are a multitude of career path and job role possibilities following the successful completion of the course including gym instructor, personal trainer, and fitness instructor. The course will be running from Rainham Wellness Centre, Kent and work experience is available at our Fitness Spas.

PERFORMING ARTS
Our Performing Arts students will be going to Lana Banana Studios ready for Peak. Lana Banana Studios are the leading recording studio & audio house in South-East England specialising in award-winning professional voiceover & ADR recording for television, film, internet, radio, audiobooks & podcasts, with industry-leading expertise in remote recording.
We will also be having guest visits with Karis Pentecost, Jonathan Mawson and Sans Drama.
MEET THE BEAUTY TEAM
Sharon – Beauty and Makeup Tutor
Hi, I am Sharon. I have been teaching and assessing Level 2 & 3 beauty therapy and Level 3 media make-up for 20 years. I joined Reynolds Training Academy in October 2019 and I love teaching and assessing beauty and make-up. I enjoy being with inspiring students and experiencing the growth of learners become therapists and MUA’s. It brings a great deal of pleasure and job satisfaction. The Reynolds team are supportive and are a pleasure to work with.
Rachel – Beauty and Reflexology Tutor
Hi, my name is Rachel. I am currently the Level 2 sixth form beauty therapy and reflexology teacher at Rainham. I have been with Reynolds since 2009. I started as a beauty therapist in the fitness spas, progressed up into management and then to teaching which is my passion. I love seeing the journey of my learners and seeing them achieve what they set out to do. There is so many opportunities through our courses here at Reynolds and I am looking forward to an exciting new term in September 2021.
Amie – Beauty Tutor
Hi, my name is Amie. I enjoy teaching both Level 2 and 3 beauty therapy, the best thing is sharing my knowledge and passion with my learners and helping them begin their own journey in the industry.
Amie started with Reynolds as a beauty therapist and is now doing what she loves most, teaching.
HALF TERM
