Spa Days & Packages at the Retreat

Reynolds offers luxury with an exceptionally friendly service. We are committed to providing a world of relaxation and calm to enhance a more balanced lifestyle, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised. Reynolds provides luxury treatment rooms with Caudalie pampering products and treatments, as well as those everyday must-haves such as manicures, pedicures and Sienna X spray tanning that are all available on your spa day.

On your spa day you have the whole club at your disposal, with daily fitness and relaxation classes, a sleek gym with all the latest equipment, a tranquil spa area, plus the opportunity to indulge in some soothing spa treatments.

All spa packages and pamper days include full use of facilities, pool, heat experiences, gym and classes as well as a robe and slippers for your comfort. There is a £10 upgrade fee required on bookings made for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Bookings are non-refundable within 28 days of the date of your spa day or treatment. Should you with to cancel prior to the 28 days a £30 admin fee will be deducted from the booking value. Bookings can be amended up to 48hrs prior to the date of your spa day or treatment subject to availability, but a £30 admin fee will be charged to amend the booking.

Please advise us of any medical issues such as pregnancy, diabetes, cancer, blood pressure etc. or any dietary requirements you and your guests have, such as pregnancy, nut, gluten-free or vegan. If not, please contact us via email or phone and update us on any new requirements to avoid any disappointments on the day regarding treatments. Please note that we only offer selected treatments during the first trimester. Please let us know if there have been any changes to our circumstances, and we would be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

Please be aware that Reynolds Spa Advisors must make any amendments to your booking at least 24 hours in advance, including any changes to treatments or dining. Spa Etiquette Arriving late will mean that your treatment time is shortened. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged. Lockers are available within the club; however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred whilst visiting the club. If you are having a spray tan, please wear loose dark clothing. For pedicures, please bring along a pair of flip flops or sandals. If we have availability on the day, we will happily book your extra treatments. Please call us in advance to avoid disappointment.

Afternoon Tea: A duo of our homemade fruited and plain scones served with Rodda’s Clotted Cream and Tiptree jam, a selection of finger sandwiches and homemade sausage roll, and a selection of cakes and petit fours. Served with Herbert & Ward Reynolds Blend coffee or any of our teas / infusions.

Please note: a 12.5% service charge will be added to all total bills, including all spa packaged food and drink.  This is discretionary, but 100% of service charge is distributed across the hospitality team who have served you.  All food and drink bills must be settled before leaving the Waterleaf.
