Why you should download the Reynolds App now

Get the most out of your membership by downloading the Reynolds App, offering you a variety of ways to help you on your fitness journey inside the club.

By downloading the Reynolds Fitness App, you’ll have access to the following:

  • A digital membership card option
    – Upon opening the home page there is a button in the top right-hand corner, which allows you to scan your membership card.
  • Booking Classes
    – Our booking system lets you book on to any of our group exercise classes at the touch of a button. Simply click the bookings tab at the bottom and navigate to “Facility & Group Exercise Booking”. You’ll need to sign in with the Username and Password set up by Reception.
  • In club deals & promotions
    – Take advantage of our in-club and affiliated club deals, featured on the home page.
  • Gym workouts
    – Do you need some structure or inspiration in your training regime? Our personal trainers have put together a variety of gym workouts for you to replicated in the club. Simply choose the ones that will help you to focus on your particular fitness goals. These workouts are provided under “View all training plans” in the “Workouts” tab, enabling you to try new routines and exercises!
  • Monthly challenges
    – With a range of ongoing challenges, you can compete against our personal trainers, your friends, and fellow club members. Give one of our challenges on the app a go today!
  • Your bespoke gym programme (Via your 2 complimentary sessions with a PT and 12 weekly review session)
    – Full access to your personalised training plan, with options to edit and create your own workout plan. You’ll be able to track each workout, which creates a history of all previous tracked workouts to refer back on.
  • BioAge Analysis: a place to track your progression via statistics and measurements
    – How does your fitness performance match up with the average person of your age? Discover your Bio Age, with strength, cardio, and metabolism testing, which aid in calculating your overall Bio Age. Through your 12-week reviews, progress can be monitored and recorded on the app. It can be cross referenced with previous data, then your trainer will be able to give you advice and tips, based on your results.

The Reynolds App is a great tool to help you stay consistent with your fitness, making it easier to access everything you need to achieve your goals whilst tracking your progression.
