Yes, spa and beauty treatments are all available to non-members, please note that members benefit from reduced rates. We also offer a massage only membership which is fantastic value for people who have regular massages.
Yes, there are many spa days packages available, you can even increase your stay with a fantastic meal in the restaurant.
Yes members are offered 2 guest passes when they join, alternatively your guest can pay a day rate to use the club. As a member you will be able to bring guests to use the restaurant/lounge area as often as you want.
Yes you can use both at any time, we have both a Lounge menu where you can get bar snacks and light lunches and a dining restaurant where you can spend an evening with friends. We also have a private dining room which overlooks the kitchen for a truly unique evening and a private function room for larger gatherings of friends.
Yes as a member The Retreat is your home away from home. There is so much to do, from pilates and yoga classes, to relaxing in the spa, having a massage or spa treatment, taking lunch on the terrace with views of the country side, walking the extensive grounds or going for a bike ride through the surrounding area with a picnic hamper prepared for you by one of our chefs.
Our guest day rate is £69pp. Joining us as member is much better value. We have membership options to suit all lifestyles and budgets, with 3 or 12 month contracts.
The Retreat is an adults only membership club. The Retreat is a haven from the stresses and strains of everyday life, a place to get fit, relax and socialise with friends.
Yes the Retreat has fabulous facilities to cater for any event, from corporate team building events to Birthday parties and weddings. (Corporate events and small parties will be available immediately).
At The Retreat, as with all Reynolds fitness spas, there is nothing hidden. Membership gives you access to all facilities, the gym, and core training studio, all group fitness classes, full use of the spa facilities and full use of all the grounds; we even have a unique membership option that includes personal training or massage.
You can of course choose to purchase food and drink, spa products or treatments, and additional personal training sessions and lots more should you wish.
The Retreat is a Fitness Spa and Country Club for members. With the fully equipped fitness facilities, amazing pool and spa facilities, treatments, restaurant, Lounge, meeting rooms, quiet rooms, and outside space it is the only club where all your health, fitness, relaxation and social needs are met.
Yes all Reynolds Fitness Spa members can use The Retreat facilities although there will be a daily surcharge to do so. However any member can upgrade their membership to The Retreat that would then give them access to all the other Reynolds Fitness Spas.
Yes as a member of the Retreat you have access to all of the other Fitness Spas in the group.
Yes by paying an annual fee you will receive priority bookings for all the social events held at The Retreat including our ‘evening with’ experiences where you will dine on the finest foods and sample the best wines and champagnes; each dish and wine will be explained to you by our renowned chef and sommelier for a truly unforgettable evening.

We have created a range of unique menu options that are healthy and delicious. Whether you are trying to lose weight, tone up or detox we have a fabulous range of meals, power shakes and juices to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Don’t worry if you over indulge, a session with one of our personal trainers will soon offset it. The restaurant only uses locally sourced produce grown within our grounds of The Retreat.
