It’s described as many things, spare roll, muffin top, love handles etc etc etc and the dreaded tummy bulge is the most problematic area that members keep asking about.
Never an easy one to contend with, but doing the right sort of exercise is the first thing to address.

Try these simple steps to see if you can reduce your midsection.

Aim to consistently give your body what it needs: fruits, whole grains, vegetables, nuts, and lean Protein.

To reveal the muscle, we need to burn the fat away and the key to doing this is steady cardio exercise. Look to incorporate at least three cardio sessions (minimum of twenty minutes) into your training.
Interval training is very effective for burning fat. It spikes your metabolism, causing you to burn more calories for up to 24 hours after the workout. However, you should only do this intense training once or twice per week.
