Chris has had his 1st full personal training review with us recently, and has found that in just 12 weeks he has lost 6 cm’s in measurements and 1 ½ % in body fat.
Chris had a real challenge with a lot of tight muscles and these are also starting to improve as he develops his flexibility.
He has been working hard and by all accounts is ‘loving’ it! Chris is now training harder on his abdominals and is feeling fit enough to start playing squash again…
