To get more from your training at the gym, make sure you check your posture before you pick up any weights or get on any machine.
Technique is key to losses or growth so stand up straight and see if you can feel the difference!
For a sleek, rounded shape to your shoulders, try adding frontal raise to your training.
Hold the dumbbells with an over handed grip, weights on top of the thighs.
Engage your abs, raise to shoulder height, pause and then return to the starting position.
