2013 in review – our (and your) year in pictures

It has been another very exciting and rewarding year for us

at Reynolds.

We have seen the development of our newest addition to the Reynolds Family, Reynolds Retreat, due to open in May this year. If you haven’t already, virtual tour of the Retreat or have a look at the brand new Retreat brochure, which has bundles of information about the new Retreat, all of its facilities and what it has to offer our members and non-members alike.

The end of 2013 also saw the refurbished our Rainham site bringing you the newest equipment, the very latest in Matrix® technology.Most of all we have enjoyed watching our members achieve the results they deserve, it is incredibly rewarding for us to see such dedication and enthusiasm from our members, inspiring!

We are delighted to say we have received a lot of positive comments from our members over the last year. Our April Therapist of the month, Fran, became Senior Therapist at Bexley and our February Therapist of the Month, Lisa Kay has had a baby, so congratulations to them both! We were also inundated with emails about our class instructors Kirsty, Kate and Lisa.

2013 also saw the London marathon take place with several of our members and staff taking on the challenge. Charlotte Haskell and Jim Travis, both members of our Sittingbourne club completed the Marathon and raised almost £2000 for their chosen charities. Kelly, who is our Programme Manager for Reynolds Performing Arts also ran the marathon and managed to raise an amazing £3500 for her charity supporting sufferers of Motor Neurones Disease.

It has also been a big year for Reynolds Training Academy with a glowing report from Ofsted with comments such as ‘Reynolds is a very ambitious organisation that knows itself well and has a well-articulated vision that is strongly focused on excellence and support for learners’. Reynolds Performing Arts also held its annual end of year student show ‘Peak’ entitled ‘Fusion’ for 2013, which was a huge success receiving rave reviews and drawing in the biggest audience attendance to date.
