All classes can be booked 4 days in advance online.
Please be courteous to other members. 24 hours notice is required to cancel classes. Continued failure to cancel your space and consistent no shows will result in booking right being lost. Please be aware that if you do not book a class there may not be availability for you to attend the class.
With aerobics, toning and aqua circuit, Aqua is a total body workout for the pool. This session is great if you want the workout without the impact. Appropriate swim gear required.
Aqua Zumba combines the South American Zumba rhythm with a pool party. It offers a fun but challenging water based, body toning workout. So liven up your working week with some latin fever.
Barz is a high tempo, effort monitored barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. This class uses a combination of scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets, all whilst doing it in a fun and effective way.
Boxing Circuits is a motivating, challenging and safe workout accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Incorporating strength, pad work and endurance-based exercises, this is a fun way to de-stress and get fit!
In a circuits class, you move round the room in small groups trying different exercises and activities for short periods of time, taking on cardio, resistance and strength training activities at various stations.

In Power we will be focusing on our functional strength and power. Functional fitness training is a type of strength training. Combined with explosive training to hone our fitness levels and burn calories.
REMiiT Stands for Reynolds Effort Monitored Intensity Interval Training. Watch your fitness improve class on class as we focus exercise on effort rather than fitness level. We will be working in target zones based on heart rate, helping us focus on developing endurance, strength and heart health. We recommend that you utilise a MyZone belt during this class. The perfect class for those wanting to improve their fitness level.
